Who is Molly?
Where shall I start? I’m Molly, a coach and mentor for young people, specialising in working with Millenials and Gen-Z. I have got big dreams that I am working to accomplish.
Since the age of 15, I have been driven to support and empower young people. It all started in secondary school after I had spent 2 years making life a misery for my parents and teachers by simply being a 'grumpy teenager'. I was in and out of detention, suspensions and I know a few family holidays were unenjoyable because of my attitude.

The following year, after a lot of support, tough love and discovery of a great model, I became a Peer Mentor for younger students. I won an award for dedication to others at the end of the school year and to this day, my teachers preach about me being their success story.

Why am I sharing this with you - it's not a great business model is it?

The reason is because I know what being a young person is, right from those weird teenage years to mid-late twenties where things can be just as weird as being 13. I am still young and I feel the best skill I have is the real ability to empathise and use my very recent life experiences to empower other young people

I completed my GCSEs and A-Levels. I didn't fancy uni so I started working. I now work for an Educational Support Company in London having spent 3 years working for a welfare charity.

I am a membership professional by trade, I have a Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management and I am studying for a Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring.

Throughout this journey, I have been part of a youth organisation that has kept me grounded and surrounded by like-minded people. I am still part of the organisation today as a volunteer. I teach Leadership & Management Training to young people and Safeguarding and Child Protection to adults.

My family life and love life has been somewhat rocky, whose hasn't? But these are the things that shape you. As far as I'm concerned, they are the things that allow me to sit here and have the confidence to set up my own business in empowering others.

My Mission - "be the person you needed when you were younger"

It's an honour to support and empower young people because at the end of the day, we are the future and we can change the world; sometimes we just need a little bit of a helping hand.
